If you're exhausted from holding it all together, you're in the right place. And I'm really glad you're here.

Hey, I’m Shannon!

Wife, mom to an amazing daughter named Paityn, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to function through chaos for so long that you forget there's another way to live.

For years, my health was suffering. My marriage was hard. I was stressed, exhausted, and doing everything I knew to do, but still couldn't figure out why nothing was getting better. I kept pushing through because that's what I'd always done. Function. Survive. Keep going.

But chronic stress has a way of catching up with you. And eventually, it did.

When I finally paused, everything I'd been avoiding got quiet enough to actually look at. That's when I started to understand something I'd never been taught: our thoughts create so much of what we feel, and what we feel creates so much of what we live. I'd been running on old patterns, old beliefs, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode for so long I didn't even know what calm felt like anymore.

That pause changed everything.

I joined a coaching membership that helped me work through my thoughts and mindset in a way I'd never experienced before. I then got certified as a Christian Life Coach. And I started doing the slow, quiet work of healing, not just managing.

My faith grew deeply during that season too. I struggled for a long time, feeling like I’d never hear from God, like I was alone even when I knew I wasn't supposed to be. I learned I just needed to get quiet enough to listen. That shift, learning to slow down, to sit still, to trust, changed me in ways I'm still discovering.

Now my life looks completely different. Not perfect. But peaceful. And that changes everything.

What I Do and Why it Matters

I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Christian Life Coach, but more than any credential, I'm a mom who has walked through the hard seasons and come out the other side with something real to offer.

I work with burned out moms who are tired of feeling disappointed, tired of starting over, and tired of feeling like everyone else has it together except them. We work on the whole person, your nervous system, your health, your habits, your mindset, and yes, finding your way back to yourself.

Because here's what I know for certain: chronic stress affects everything. Your health, your relationships, your ability to follow through, your sense of who you are. And most women have no idea that's what's driving it all.

When you start working on yourself from the inside out, everything around you begins to shift. Your home. Your marriage. The example you're leaving for your kids.

That's not just coaching. That's breaking a cycle.

When I’m not coaching…

you can find me doing a puzzle at the kitchen table, cooking something simple with my family, or settled into a quiet morning with my tea and the sun coming through the window. We also have horses, and there's something about being around them that slows everything down in the best way. I believe slow mornings, simple routines, and the things that ground you aren't luxuries. They're the foundation of a life that actually feels good.

If any part of my story sounds like yours, I'd love to talk.

You don't have to keep carrying this alone.
