I’m Shannon Tabor, a wife and mom to an amazing daughter, Paityn. I’m also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
My passion is helping midlife moms ditch the overwhelm and take control of their health.
Like many of the women I work with, I spent years trying to do all the right things—eating "healthy," exercising, and following the latest advice—only to feel exhausted, frustrated, and stuck. When I hit my late 30s, I noticed shifts in my energy, metabolism, and overall well-being that I couldn’t fix with just another diet or quick fix.
That’s when I dove deeper into functional nutrition, mindful movement, and lifestyle habits that actually support a woman’s changing body. Now, I help other moms simplify their approach to health, so they can boost their energy, feel confident in their bodies, and achieve lasting results without deprivation or stress.

My Story
I spent years feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of trying to “fix” my health with diets and quick fixes that never lasted. Like so many moms, I was told, “This is just part of motherhood—it’ll get better.” But it didn’t. My energy was gone, my sleep was terrible, and my weight seemed out of my control.
I kept thinking, “If I could just lose the weight, everything else would fall into place.” But no matter how hard I tried, I still felt drained and overwhelmed. I finally realized: it wasn’t just about weight—it was about real health.
That’s when everything changed.
I dove deep into functional nutrition and holistic health, determined to understand what our bodies actually need to thrive—especially in midlife. Through that journey, I finally found a sustainable way to restore my energy, improve my sleep, and feel like myself again.
Now, I help other moms ditch the overwhelm, break free from the endless cycle of quick fixes, and build a lifestyle that actually works—so they can feel confident, energized, and strong for the long haul.
